I’ve been off work since last Thursday, lucky me. I don’t go back until after Thanksgiving.
Rich and Rob are visiting us from Arizona. Rich, of course, has been here before. This is Rob’s first trip to Canada. We’ve done some tourist-y things like attempted a hike up on Seymour (but didn’t get to where we were going) visited Stanley Park, Aquarium, visited the Richmond Night Market (hoo boy, all that flashy blinky shit warrents a post of it’s own!), and Granville Island. They boys played 9 holes of golf this afternoon.
Even with the time off I’m feeling rather exhausted and out of sorts.
I spent some time this week planning another tattoo. I have ideas for another three or four, plus one existing one that still needs to be fixed. I’m not sure if I want that many more tattoos.
I’m contemplating NaNoWriMo again this year, even though I have yet to even start a NaNoWriMo story whenever I’ve signed up. I blame it on lack of organization, and perhaps motivation. This year I may have a little of both. We’ll see.
